Ecoride at WETEX 2026: Green Mobility Zone, Dubai

We exhibited the ENVO e-bike range in the Green Mobility zone at WETEX 2026, Dubai World Trade Centre, 20 to 22 October.

Ecoride Bicycles took part in WETEX 2026, held at Dubai World Trade Centre from 20 to 22 October. The 28th edition of the water, energy and environment exhibition was organised by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA).

We exhibited in the Green Mobility zone, which brings together companies, government entities and innovators working on cleaner, more efficient transport. Our stand, G10, showed a selection of the ENVO e-bike range.

E-bikes in the mobility conversation

Amir Omidi, CEO of Ecoride, was quoted by Al Bayan newspaper on what e-bikes bring to daily city life:

We see electric bikes as more than a sustainable way to get around. They encourage people to be physically active, make daily commutes more enjoyable, and reduce car use for short trips within cities. We aim to make healthy, active mobility a practical part of everyday city life.

That is the thinking behind Ecoride. For short trips in the city, an e-bike is often the easier option: no parking to look for, no traffic to sit in, and some exercise on the way.

Part of Dubai's wider push

As reported by Al Bayan, the Green Mobility zone at WETEX supports Dubai's Green Mobility Strategy 2030 and Carbon Neutrality Strategy 2050, and gives visitors a look at the latest transport technology and ideas under one roof.
