Ecoride focuses on powerful motors, higher battery capacity and strong after-sales support, positioned above low-cost competitors. Every bike we sell is serviced and supported locally, with genuine ENVO parts held in Dubai rather than ordered in after a failure.
Who are Ecoride e-bikes designed for?+
Commuters, students, leisure riders and daily neighbourhood use, roughly ages 15 to 60 in urban areas. If you are carrying children or cargo, the U50 is the one to look at. For long commutes the D50 and ST50 are the all-rounders.
How do Ecoride e-bikes handle Dubai riding conditions?+
They are set up to reduce the friction of hot weather, security concerns, long distances and city parking, through assisted speed, smart lock options and efficient drivetrains. Batteries are rated for high ambient temperatures and every bike ships with a lock point built into the frame.

E-bike battery & charging
How far will one charge actually take me?+
Between 70 and 150 km depending on model, assist level, rider weight and terrain. Real-world range in Dubai heat with moderate assist sits toward the middle of that range. A second battery roughly doubles it and swaps in under two minutes.
How long does a full charge take?+
Roughly 2 to 3 hours to 80%, and 4 to 5 hours for a full charge. The pack is removable and key-locked, so you can charge it at your desk or indoors rather than leaving the bike plugged in.
Can I use one battery across several bikes?+
Yes. One 48 V 15 Ah pack fits the D50, ST50, U50 and M50. One charger and one spare pack cover an entire household or a small fleet.
Is the battery safe to charge indoors?+
Our packs are UL-certified, with thermal management, short-circuit protection and cell monitoring over Bluetooth in the ENVO app. Charge on a hard surface, away from direct sun, using the supplied charger.
E-bike service & warranty
What does the warranty cover?+
One year on the frame, motor and battery from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Wear items such as tyres, brake pads, cables and grips are not covered. Register your bike after purchase so a claim can be handled without a receipt hunt.
Where do I get my bike serviced?+
At our Jumeirah showroom, by workshop-trained technicians using genuine ENVO parts held locally. Book a slot and most routine work is done the same day.
How often should an e-bike be serviced?+
Once a year for a typical commuter, or every six months for daily high-mileage or cargo use. Brakes, drivetrain wear and spoke tension are the things that matter most in city riding.
E-bike delivery & orders in the UAE
Do you deliver across the UAE?+
Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in the UAE, fully assembled and ready to ride. Dubai deliveries are typically within 2 to 3 working days. Other emirates take a little longer.
Does the bike arrive assembled?+
It does. Bikes are built, safety-checked and tested by our workshop before they leave, so there is nothing to assemble on arrival beyond adjusting the saddle to your height.
Can I return a bike?+
Unused bikes in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We would rather you test ride first. It is free, and it is the best way to know the bike suits you.
